Not Malle (a-la ballaih ballaih), not Male (or female, for that matter) but .. how do you write it, the hard _la_ as in Mungaru Ma_l_ey? We folks have invented English spelling for various Indian spoken syllables, but this one beats me.
At first, I thought this was malle, like in mallige and fond memories of the maisooru mallige beckoned me. Alas, that was nought to be. The Malhe is like the Mazhe in Tamizh.
